Your MUGNA leather piece will develop a beautiful patina with proper care: • Wipe with a clean, dry cloth for everyday dust. • Use a leather conditioner every 3–6 months. • Keep away from prolonged sunlight and moisture. • For light scratches, gently rub with your finger — the natural oils settle minor marks over time. Each MUGNA piece is one-of-one — the exact bag in the photos is the one you receive. We prepare and dispatch your order within a few business days (allow a little extra for personalized pieces). Free shipping nationwide across the Philippines — no minimum spend, and no in-store pickup; we deliver straight to your door. Ordering from outside the Philippines? Your order ships via DHL, with the shipping cost quoted separately once it's fully paid. Changed your mind? Return an unused, non-personalized item — with its dust bag, cards, and original packaging — within 7 days of delivery for store credit. If a piece arrives with a defect or we shipped the wrong one, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Personalized pieces are final sale.
