MUGNA Leather Arts (“MUGNA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) designs and hand-crafts full-grain leather goods in Bukidnon, Philippines. We operate this website, our online shop, and our live selling sessions (including auctions and direct purchases streamed on social platforms). This policy explains how we handle your personal information and applies to mugnaleatherarts.com and its subdomains.

We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

We collect only what we need to take your order and serve you well:

• Account details — your name and email address when you register, or the name, email, and profile picture shared by Google if you sign in with Google.
• Guest purchase details — your name, mobile number, and email when you buy during a live session without an account, so we can arrange payment and delivery.
• Order & delivery information — items purchased or won, prices, discounts, shipping address, and contact number.
• Live participation — chat messages, bids, and purchases you make during a live session.
• Technical data — a secure session cookie to keep you signed in, and basic, non-identifying usage information.

We do not store full card numbers. Payments are processed by our payment partners (below).

• To create and manage your account and keep you signed in across our pages.
• To process purchases and auction wins, and to reserve items you claim during a live session.
• To contact you about payment, delivery, order updates, and support.
• To run our live selling experience — showing the current item, chat, bids, and winners in real time.
• To apply any discounts you are entitled to as a guest or signed-in member.
• To meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

If you choose “Continue with Google,” Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us to create or access your account. We use this only to identify you and process your orders. We do not receive your Google password, and you can revoke access anytime from your Google Account’s security settings.

We share data only with trusted partners that help us run the service, and only as needed:

• Supabase — secure database, authentication, and real-time features.
• HitPay and Maya — payment processing (GCash, cards, bank transfer, Maya wallet).
• Cloudflare — secure delivery of our website.
• Couriers (e.g. LBC) — to deliver your order.

We never sell your personal information.

We keep your order and account records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax, warranty, and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete your account at any time; some records may be retained where the law requires.

Our service is intended for customers aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
