Stitching Warranty

Every MUGNA piece is hand-stitched in Bukidnon with waxed saddle thread and full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather. We stand behind that craftsmanship: if a piece reaches you with a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right. This warranty covers the workmanship — it is not a promise of free repairs for the life of the bag, and it doesn’t cover ordinary wear.

• Stitching or seam failure caused by a workmanship defect (not by misuse or accident);
• Hardware — buckles, zippers, rivets, clasps — that fails under normal use due to a defect;
• A piece that arrives damaged, flawed, or not as described;
• An order where we shipped the wrong item.

• Normal wear and tear, and the natural patina, softening, and darkening leather develops over time;
• Scratches, scuffs, stains, water or heat damage, or marks from everyday use;
• Grain, tone, and marking variations that are part of natural leather — these aren’t defects;
• Damage from accidents, misuse, improper storage, or improper cleaning;
• Cosmetic preferences on personalized or made-to-order details.

• Email [email protected] with your order number, a short description, and photos of the issue.
• For a piece that arrives damaged or wrong, reach out within 7 days of delivery (see our Returns & Exchanges policy).
• We’ll review and, if it’s a covered defect, arrange the next steps.

For a covered defect we’ll repair the piece, replace it where possible, or issue a refund — at no cost to you, including return shipping. Because every piece is one-of-one, an identical replacement can’t always be guaranteed; where it isn’t available we’ll offer a repair or a refund instead.

Loved a piece a little too hard? For wear that isn’t a defect, we’re still happy to help — email us and we’ll advise on care or let you know whether a paid repair is possible. Costs are quoted case by case.
