Our promise

Every MUGNA piece is hand-made in Bukidnon as a one-of-one original, and we want you to love the one you chose. If something isn’t right, reach out and we’ll take care of you. Because each piece is unique and made in tiny numbers, our returns policy is a little different from a mass-market shop — here’s exactly how it works.

1. Return window

You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Contact us within that window at [email protected] and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Requests made after 7 days can’t be accepted, except where required by Philippine consumer law.

2. Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn, in the same condition you received it;
  • Free of scratches, scuffs, marks, odors, or signs of use;
  • Returned with any dust bag, cards, and original packaging it came with.

Leather is a natural material with grain, tone, and marking variations that are part of its character — these are not defects and aren’t grounds for return.

3. Personalized & custom pieces are final sale

Items that have been personalized or made to order — including monogramming, initials, foil stamping, or any custom request — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, because they can’t be offered to anyone else. The only exception is a genuine defect or an error on our part (see below).

4. How to start a return

  • Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a short note (and photos, if there’s an issue).
  • We’ll review your request and, if it’s eligible, send you a return authorization and the return address.
  • Please don’t ship anything back before your return is approved — unauthorized returns can’t be processed.

5. Refunds are issued as store credit

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions above, we’ll issue your refund as MUGNA store credit (a gift card) for the value of the returned item. Your store credit never expires and can be used on any future order — online or during a live session. We don’t offer cash or original-payment refunds for change-of-mind returns.

6. Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable courier — we can’t issue credit for a return that doesn’t reach us. If a return is the result of a defect or our error, we’ll cover the return shipping (see below).

7. Defects & our stitching warranty

Every MUGNA piece is backed by our stitching warranty. If your item arrives damaged, has a workmanship defect, or we shipped the wrong piece, email us within 7 days with photos and we’ll make it right at no cost to you — a repair, a replacement where possible, or a full refund to your original payment method. We cover return shipping on defects and our errors.

8. Exchanges

Because every piece is one-of-one, we can’t guarantee an identical exchange. If you’d like a different piece, the simplest path is to return your eligible item for store credit and use it toward the piece you want, subject to availability.

9. Live-selling purchases

Pieces bought or won during a live session follow this same policy. As with all our items, personalized live purchases are final sale except for defects or our error.
