Welcome to MUGNA Leather Arts (“MUGNA,” “we,” “us”). By using our website, shop, or live selling sessions at mugnaleatherarts.com and its subdomains, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

MUGNA hand-crafts full-grain leather goods in Bukidnon, Philippines, and sells them online and through live selling sessions, which may include direct purchases and live auctions.

• You may create an account with your email, or by signing in with Google.
• You may also purchase during a live session as a guest by providing your name, mobile number, and email so we can arrange payment and delivery.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your account secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

Our live sessions let you buy featured pieces in real time. Depending on the item, this is either a direct purchase or a live auction:

• Direct purchase (“claim”). Featured items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Clicking to purchase reserves the item for you.
• Auctions. Placing a bid is a binding offer to buy at that price. The highest valid bid when the item closes wins, provided any reserve price is met.
• Reservations. A successful purchase or winning bid reserves the item for you and creates an order. We will contact you using the details you provided to confirm payment and delivery.
• We may cancel or re-list an item if it is mispriced, unavailable, or if an order cannot be completed.

Prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (₱). We may offer discounts during live sessions, including an additional discount for signed-in members. The final price applied to your order is the amount confirmed at the time of purchase and shown on your order.

For online shop orders, payment is collected at checkout through our payment partners (HitPay and Maya), supporting GCash, cards, bank transfer, and Maya wallet. For items purchased or won during a live session, we will arrange payment with you directly after the session. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed.

We ship free nationwide across the Philippines; orders are delivered to your address and we do not offer in-store pickup for online orders. Orders placed from outside the Philippines are shipped via DHL, with the shipping cost quoted separately once your order is fully paid. Delivery times are confirmed with your order.

Every MUGNA piece is hand-made and includes our stitching warranty. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right. Because items may be personalized (e.g. initials, foil), custom pieces may not be eligible for return. See our returns information or contact us for details.

You agree not to misuse the service — including disrupting live sessions, placing bids you do not intend to honor, harassing others in chat, or attempting to interfere with our systems. We may remove, mute, or ban users who violate these terms.

All content on this site — including our designs, photographs, text, and branding — belongs to MUGNA Leather Arts and may not be used without our permission.

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, MUGNA is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
